Frequently asked questions
How do I set up the Meadow Organic Dunlop Latex Mattress for my sleep style?
The Meadow uses three independently wrapped latex layers: a 3" base layer (firm or medium), a 3" middle layer (firm, medium, or soft), and a 3" top layer (soft). It’s housed in an organic cotton cover with organic wool, so you can tailor firmness by adjusting the middle and base layers for your preferred support.
Who would enjoy the Meadow, and who might not be the best fit?
This mattress suits sleepers who want customizable firmness on each side and across sizes like Queen and King. It may not be ideal for someone seeking a non-adjustable, single-firmness mattress.
What materials make up the Meadow and how does that affect daily use?
It uses 100% GOLS-certified Dunlop organic latex in three layers, each wrapped in organic cotton, with a wool-filled organic cotton cover. Wool helps with temperature regulation and adds natural flame retardancy for a breathable, durable sleep surface.
Is Meadow a good choice for those who prefer natural materials?
Yes. The mattress features organic latex layers, an organic cotton cover, and organic wool fill, all designed to provide natural comfort and climate regulation.
What should first-time buyers know about setup and care?
Assemble by placing the latex layers inside the organic cotton cover and placing the mattress on your foundation. The materials are low-maintenance; keep the cover clean and allow layers to settle into their intended positions over time.
Can Meadow be used with an adjustable bed base or foundation?
Yes. The mattress is described as versatile and compatible with adjustable bases, offering flexible positioning for varied sleep preferences.
